Tapestry Dance will present the Texas premiere of It’s About Time, which honors legendary jazz tap dancer Sarah Petronio, at the Rollins Studio Theatre at the Long Center on June 16 & 17 at 8 p.m.

The Chloé and Maud Foundation presents the 12th Annual DC Tap Festival and All-Star Concert March 23-29, 2020. This international event will bring renowned tap stars and aficionados from around the world and across the U.S, to the District of Columbia for a week of festivities and celebrations of the classic art of tap dance.

This summer marks the 10th season for Unexpected Stage Company, which will present The Few, a drama about the search for connection by MacArthur Foundation Genius Grant recipient Samuel D. For one night only, October 7, 2017, six award-winning tap artists, connected through their Broadway background in Bring in 'da Noise, Bring in 'da Funk, reunite to celebrate their art form in the newly renovated Kennedy Center Terrace Theater. Tap dancing is an art that has endured through the enthusiasm and creativity of its performers. New Jersey Tap Fest's main stage event, 'Tap 'N Time,' was performed at the Westminster Arts Center at Bloomfield College on Saturday night. The two act show delighted the audience with a wide variety of tap dance styles and an incredible slate of talent.

Performances are Tuesday-Saturday at 8pm and Sunday at 2pm at the Howard Logan Stillwell Theatre. This production features choreography by the Off-Broadway choreographer and acclaimed tap dancer Jen MacQueen, who recently choreographed both the new chamber version of Sweet Charity and the premiere of Clyde 'n' Bonnie the musical.
