Kander and Ebb's landmark musical trains a spotlight on the Kit Kat Club, a seedy burlesque theater in the early days of Nazi Germany. It is at the club where a young American writer, Clifford Bradshaw, meets a flighty chanteuse, Sally Bowles, and sets off a chain of events that will change their lives forever. Alicia Morton, star of Disney's "Annie" and Broadway veteran, will play Sally while Next Stage favorites Chris Ikner and Jordan Stovall will play Clifford and the Emcee respectively. Enter Julia, a winsome waitress who wins his affection. As luck would have it, Julia is about to be married to a Wall Street shark, and unless Robbie can pull off the performance of a decade, the girl of his dreams will be gone forever.THE WEDDING SINGER features a large chorus with many featured roles for actors who sing, and dancers who act.
