YOU'RE A GOOD MAN, CHARLIE BROWN Comes to Next Stage Theatre, 4/5-21

Next Stage Theatre Company, is thrilled to announce its next production, You're A Good Man, Charlie Brown, at its permanent home at the Alley Stage just off of the historic Marietta Square. You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown opens April 5th and runs until April 21st.

Charlie Brown, Snoopy, Linus, Sally, Lucy, Schroeder and the rest of the Peanuts gang star in You're a Good Man Charlie Brown, a classic musical comedy for audiences of all ages based on the timeless comics by Charles M. Schulz. The play brings to life some of the gang's most memorable situations from both the strip and television specials, with appearances from the Kite-Eating Tree, the Little Red-Haired Girl, Lucy's psychiatry booth, and Snoopy's battles with the Red Baron. And throughout it all, Charlie Brown tries to figure out how to be a "good man." Playwright-composer Clark Gesner's score features such great tunes as "Suppertime," "Happiness" and the title song.

Directed by Zip Rampy, Metropolitan Atlanta Theatre Award winning actor and acclaimed director, this production features MAT Award winners Rob Roy Hardie as Charlie Brown and Joe Arnotti as Snoopy. The cast also includes Kim Wacker as Sally, Katie Paterson as Lucy Van Pelt, Clay Sasser as Linus Van Pelt, and Nick Crawley as Schroeder.

If you are worried about keeping the younger theatre goers out too late Next Stage Theatre will be offering more Sunday matinee shows at 3pm and a special Saturday Matinee on April 13th at 2pm.

You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown is suggested for audiences ages 5 and older. It runs approximately 90 minutes with a 15 minute intermission. Tickets are $25 for adults, $20 for students/seniors, and $15 for children 12 and under. If you purchase two childrens' tickets you will receive one adult ticket for free.
