SHERLOCK HOLMES AND THE ADVENTURE OF THE SUICIDE CLUB Begins 2/28 at Georgia Ensemble Theatre

Georgia Ensemble Theatre (GET), North Fulton's only professional theatre company, will continue its 2012-2013 20th anniversary season-long celebration with the new thriller, Sherlock Holmes and the Adventure of the Suicide Club by nationally acclaimed playwright Jeffrey Hatcher, directed by GET Artistic Director Robert J. Farley, running February 28 through March 17, 2013, at the Theatre's home, the Roswell Cultural Arts Center, 950 Forrest Street, Roswell, GA. This production is generously sponsored by the Macy's Foundation.

About the Play
Behind the impressive façade of a windowless house, some of Europe's most powerful men gather to play a game. The game is Murder, and this is The Suicide Club. But the club has a new member: Sherlock Holmes - brilliant, perceptive, the greatest detective in the English-speaking world. Does Holmes want to die? Or is some other game afoot? Holmes and Watson always find themselves one step behind as the corpses of Europe's power players start turning up all over London. This beguiling thriller brings the famous detective fully alive on the GET stage with a tale filled with endless mystery, twists, and chills in this sharp and clever brand new Holmes adventure. Sherlock Holmes and the Adventure of the Suicide Club is written by Jeffrey Hatcher, and is based on characters created by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle and "The Suicide Club" by Robert Louis Stevenson.

The Cast: Sherlock Holmes and the Adventure of the Suicide Club features a cast of wonderful Atlanta actors including Bryan Brendle in the title role of Sherlock, and Hugh Adams as Watson, along with LaLa Cochran, Charles Green, Matt Felten, Alexandra Ficken, Tess Malis Kincaid, Matt Lewis, Matthew Myers, and Thomas Strickland. Three of the cast of ten are making their GET debuts: Brendle, Felten, and Ficken.

Tickets: Ticket prices for Sherlock Holmes and the Adventure of the Suicide Club range from $23 to $33 (Senior/Student discounts available for select performances). "Recession-Buster" perimeter tickets may also be purchased for $10 or $20 based on availability. Tickets are available now online at www.get.org, or by calling the Box Office at 770-641-1260.

Young Professionals Night: On Friday, March 15th, for only $25 each, young professionals are invited to join us at GET for a pre-show reception in the lobby with light appetizers and a drink, and then enjoy that evening's performance of the show. Reception is a 7 p.m., with show time at 8 p.m. Reservations required. Call 770-641-1260.
